The minimum membership term is 12 months (prorate + 11 monthly billings) and is an ongoing agreement which means that after the 12th month the contract doesn’t automatically cancel.

To cancel their membership once they completed the minimum term, they must give 60 days or 2 months notice prior to their next scheduled charge and to do this, they must fill out a brickhouse gym cancellation form and submit it to the gym.

If they would like to cancel at 1 year, they must still give the 2 months notice (i.e. submit their cancellation form at 10 months)

If they would like to cancel their membership within the minimum term they must pay out their contract. This payout amount is equal to 50% of the balance of your membership fees for the remainder of the minimum term OR the sum of 2 months of membership fees (the cancellation period) depending on whatever is higher. .
