Meet Amanda, a seasoned trainer with a decade of experience at Brickhouse!

Amanda's credentials speak for themselves. She's a CPU-certified powerlifting Coach, a national-level CPU/IPF referee, and a Technical-Level official with the WPPO. Not to mention, she's the active president of the Manitoba Powerlifting Association.

Amanda's background is in strength and conditioning group fitness. She is certified in Group Fitness pre- and postnatal fitness. SHE SPECIALIZES IN ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING AND SPECIALIZED PROGRAMS FOR HER CLIENTS.

As a mom with an active child, Amanda understands the struggle of balancing work, life, and fitness. She knows the importance of leading by example and setting goals. She's been there, and she can help you get there too.
