My area of interest is in Powerlifting, as I am an avtive member of the Manitoba Powerlifting Association. I am a certified through the Manitoba Fitness Council and the National Fitness Leadership Association as a group instructor in sports conditioning and pre-and post natal fitness.

Shawn found weight training as a new hobby after school, and jumped in with both feet. Since setting foot in the gym, he's become a competitive athlete at both the local and national level in the Canadian Powerlifting Union and a certified referee with the Manitoba branch.
His main interest is in helping people take their first steps into new challenges: Into the gym, into free-weight training, and for those who want to show off their hard work - even into competition.
Paul began weightlifting at an early age, so it’s no surprise that he went on to compete nationally. He approaches his own training with patience and resolve and brings that same attitude to his clients.

Henry has nearly 10 years of experience with weights, 3 years of competitive powerlifting, while working with different age groups in both general health and sport.

Danielle is a personal trainer and ER nurse who fell in love with weight training during her University studies. After earning the title of IDFA Fitness Pro, Danielle decided to focus on helping others reach their health and fitness goals. She ensures that an individualized approach be taken to a client's nutrition and training. Danielle strives to change the perspective on "diet" and "exercise" and encourages clients to make the most out of their lives. Outside of the gym, Danielle enjoys a glass of wine, hiking, camping and a killer workout (c'mon, you didn't think she'd be out of the gym for long did you?).

While going to school for kinesiology, Nick worked in the supplement industry and took several courses in nutrition because he believes that with the right combination of nutrition, exercise and dedication, there is no goal that is out of reach.
