worked in the medical field for over 10 years and have a degree in Indigenous health and wellness. My area of interest is in Powerlifting, as I am an avtive member of the Manitoba Powerlifting Association. I am a certified through the Manitoba Fitness Council and the National Fitness Leadership Association as a group instructor in sports conditioning and pre-and post natal fitness.
Paul began weightlifting at an early age, so it’s no surprise that he went on to compete nationally. He approaches his own training with patience and resolve and brings that same attitude to his clients.

Began lifting when he was 16 years old. He wanted to get into the industry to really help others, because I know the feeling of achieving your own goals. Henry has nearly 10 years of experience with weights, 3 years of competitive powerlifting, while working with different age groups in both general health and sport.
