Gym Orientation Program

On the first Saturday of every month Brickhouse holds a gym orientation day! This helps new comers to Brickhouse, learn their surroundings. This includes what the equipment is used for and how to navigate them. You will have the chance to talk one-on-one with our knowledgable personal trainer George Ryle. You may ask him any gym or training related questions you wish. As well you gain experience by receiving useful information about what muscle groups are worked by our equipment.

This program is FREE for members! 

It runs from 12pm-1pm at 104 King Edward and 1:30pm-2:30pm at 418 Gertrude.
