This morning class will give you the sweat we all need in the morning. By incorporating interval training and free weights it helps you reach your goal by building your muscular endurance and cardio!
Womens' Only Bootcamp - 104 King Edward
Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 5:30pm - 6:30 pm
Class is taught by Paul Taylor.
Womens' bootcamp incorporates strength, muscular endurance and cardio exercises. This class is perfect for the ladies who want get in shape and stay that way. The class modifies as you do and is just at the right time for an evening work out!
Co-Ed Conditioning - 104 King Edward
Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 6:35pm - 7:35 pm
This class is taught by Megan.
Co-Ed conditioning is great to push you to your limits at the gym. It works on strength, muscular endurance and cardio through the use of HITT and station work.
Coed Excel Boot Camp - 418 Gertrude Ave
Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 5:30pm- 6:30 pm
This class is taught by George Ryle, Alyssa Waite and Krissy Boyd
Excel bootcamp is a great evening work out to help sweat. It will get you into shape quick and continue to help you increase your fitness level. Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.
